SHM organized a group of Chinese chefs to attend The Culinary Institute of America’s Worlds of Flavor International Conference and Festival, in California’s Napa Valley. SMH selected chefs representing a wide variety of regions famous for their cuisine within China. Once at the conference the Chefs preformed a wide variety of dishes for large audiences of eager to learn local American chefs and media. SMH took care of all details regarding China’s participation from visa application and transportation arrangements to translations, interpreters and last minute cooking materials. With SMH’s service before and during the conference, the Chinese chef demonstrations were a great success.
